B.A. Flirt Coaching wasn’t born in a corporate brainstorming session or during a polished pitch deck review.  It came to life in 2018 in the heart of Buenos Aires, Argentina, a city that breathes curiosity and connection.

Back then, I was hosting a workshop for digital nomads, adventurous souls from Australia, the U.S., South Africa, and Central America (and anywhere else in between), gathered in an upstairs room above a buzzing bar.  These weren’t your average professionals.  They were world travelers, risk-takers, people chasing meaning across continents, but even they were craving something deeper: real connection.

The exercise was simple, but powerful.  “Go downstairs, order a drink, and come back with three things you learned about the bartender.”  Eyes widened.  A few nervous chuckles.  But one by one, they did it.  They returned with stories, laughter, and new energy in their eyes.  They had just flirted, not in a romantic sense, but in the most powerful way possible: they made life come to them.

That night changed everything.

We discovered that flirting isn’t about pickup lines or forced charm, it’s about presence, it's about curiosity.  It’s about having the courage to connect with someone human-to-human, without a script.  When you learn how to flirt with life, you don’t have to chase moments or prove yourself.  You draw opportunity, joy, and alignment your way, because your energy becomes magnetic.

That’s what B.A. Flirt Coaching is about.  Not games.  Not gimmicks.  It’s about cultivating the confidence to show up fully as you are, and letting the world respond to your authentic presence.

Hi, I’m Tamica Camacho, founder of B.A. Flirt Coaching and a Master Certified Life Coach.  I guide high-achieving people of color tap into their natural confidence and charm to build authentic, soul-aligned connections that make life come to them.

My path to becoming a coach wasn’t linear, it was layered with real-life lessons, a deep passion for people, and an unshakable faith in God.  From a young age, I’ve been a natural observer and listener, drawn to the depths of human experience.  I’ve always known that we each carry powerful potential within us.  Sometimes, we just need the right nudge, reflection, or space to unlock it.

That clarity hit me in 2018, in the heart of Buenos Aires. I was leading a workshop for digital nomads from all over the world.  Within the space I held for others, I've been privileged to witness transformations unfold as people show up authentically and with an eagerness to connect.  That’s when B.A. Flirt Coaching was born, not as a brand, but as a movement to help others learn how to flirt with life and attract what they desire by being their authentic selves.

Becoming a certified life coach in 2021 sharpened my ability to guide others with structure, intention, and impact.  I specialize in helping clients stay rooted in the present, challenge limiting beliefs, and unlock their full potential, with confidence and clarity leading the way.  

My coaching is real, reflective, and empowering.  It’s less about telling you what to do, and more about helping you hear yourself clearly. In our sessions, you’ll experience those “aha” moments where truth rises to the surface, unfiltered, powerful, and all yours.
